IS THE SITE RELIABLE?

Our website has SSL security which is mandatory by law for all online stores. It encrypts all transactions carried out on the site, ensuring the confidentiality of all information.

We work in partnership with MercadoPago , the largest online payment network in Brazil. We do not have access to your payment information, such as your credit card number, only MercadoPago, making your purchase 100% secure.

WHY DO PRODUCTS TAKE 15-20 DAYS TO ARRIVE?

We work with products with prices well below the market, for that, we need to work with international suppliers (USA, Europe and Asia). Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they send it straight to your home.

DO ALL PURCHASES COME WITH A TRACKING CODE?

Yup. We only work with trusted vendors who provide tracking code for your safety and comfort.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?

We send the tracking code to you directly in your email within 3 working days, as our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) ask for this period. If even after this period you have not received the tracking code, please send an email to: atendimento@thouro.store INCLUDING your order number (eg #4321) and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING INFORMATION

This occurs because on the way between the country of origin and the country of destination (Brazil), there are no updates on the package, it only occurs when there is movement (sending, dispatch, etc.) destination there is no movement of the packet. The tracking code will notify you as soon as the product arrives in Brazil. Afterwards, it will be updated with each movement, as we are used to with internal orders. Rest assured, your order is on its way.

IS THERE A FEES I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?

As it is an import service, any and all merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes.

  • CUSTOMS TAXATION

All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs taxation upon receipt. The value of the fees is 60% of the purchase price, so if the amount charged is greater than that, please contact us so that we can explain how to appeal to the post office.
